Being mindful is the need of the times we are living in.
Tension between stakeholders of businesses is at an all time high but we need to understand that none of us wanted to be in the position of having to put our businesses, lives and plans on a hold but we all may have to make a few tough decisions.
Anger and frustration is the natural emotion when you are being let go but both employers and employees need to be understanding of the other’s situation and act in a civilised manner in these stressing times.
No doubt there would be some from both sides who would try to pull over a few stunts to take unlawful advantage of the situation and but that should not be on and nor should be tactics to make lives of the other difficult just because the law allows us to lodge complaints.
No one likes it but here we are and how we respond to this might as well define the rest of our careers and life.
