It’s amazing how some business owners still feel “guilty” of asking their debtors to pay up overdue invoices.

Following up helps as it acts as a reminder to those genuine ones who have forgotten to pay and also to those who have notoriously made it a habit to pay late.

If you can’t do it, hire someone who cheerfully can.
